Terms and Conditions For CAMPs

  • Our camps and workshops are run by professionally trained and qualified dance teachers who hold the relevant criteria.

 

  • Please make sure you are happy with all details before making payment as due to fixed costs, To The Beat is unable to offer refunds. We regret to inform you that missed sessions cannot be refunded or carried over.

 

 

  • Please ensure your child is wearing suitable clothing for dance activities and the appropriate footwear i.e trainers or dance shoes, please note clothing and footwear should be comfortable and not restrictive. You will be given a To The Beat T-shirt on the first day of camp which is non-exchangeable so please ensure the correct size is given.

 

  • Our camps are highly active so please bring a pack lunch and water for your child. NO NUTS OR FIZZY DRINKS. (Light Healthy snacks and water will be provided throughout the day.)

 

  • Please insure all information on your contact form is correct in case of an emergency. If your details change please inform us. 

 

  • Registration is at 9am and pick up is at 3pm. Please notify us of lateness.

  • Photo’s and video’s may be used for promotional material (to be agreed on contact form).

Please note, you will have to sign to say you have read and understood the terms and conditions before enrolling your child.

Terms & Conditions for Dance Classes

Every Child receives a free trial class and will receive a dance enrolment form. If you wish to sign your child up please return the form to the To The Beat instructor the following class. We will then invoice you for the term, so please ensure that your details are correct. You will receive your invoice within and week and payment is due before the next class. If you wish to no longer attended we do not issue refunds under any circumstances and we ask for a two week notice prior to your child leaving the classes.

  • Children Must wear suitable clothing for dance activities and appropriate footwear and bring water to every session.

  • Photos and videos may be used for promotional material (to be agreed.) 

​

  • We have a NO NUT policy to please be mindful of what you bring into the dance space.
